The Team
Wesley Ankrah
Wesley Ankrah, Founder & Managing Director

Wesley has dedicated the past 10 years of his career to the charitable and voluntary sectors. His focus has been on engagement and educational programmes for the most marginalised young people across London boroughs. He worked for a well-known residential developer embedding a culture of social responsibility and forming CIC ‘Essential Living Future’. Following this success and encouraged by the tangible social value opportunity, SeerBridge was founded in 2018 to provide services to the wider built environment.
A regular speaker at industry events, Wesley is a vocal advocate for BAME equality, mentoring and caution in the use of measurement tools in defining social value. For clients, Wesley is expert in identifying realistic social value opportunities and pragmatic in his crafting of initiatives that deliver sustainable social value outcomes for communities, local authorities and corporates. Wesley was awarded his BA in Sociology & Criminology at the University of Brighton.

Radha Sudra, Project Associate

Radha joined SeerBridge soon after launch in 2018. Initially a lifeline in the day-to-day running of the business, she has since progressed to a project manager role on our community focused work.
